Protection of Users' privacy is of particular importance toMichna Meat sp. z o.o. sp.k. Therefore Users of the www.vitafer.pl Website are provided with a guarantee of high standards of privacy protection. Michna Meat sp. z o.o. sp.k. acting as the data Controller takes care of the security of data provided by the Users.
The purpose of the Controller is also to properly inform Users of their rights and duties related to the processing of personal data, in particular in relation to the wording of personal data protection provisions specified in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”). Personal data of the Website User are processed by the Controller on the basis of User’s consent and, in some cases described in this document, within the framework of pursuing Controller's legitimate interest. The User has the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time. Withdrawal of the consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of such consent before its withdrawal.

The Controller obtains personal data directly from the User via the Website as a result of the User completing the contact form available on the Website and sending a message to the Controller using the form.

The Controller may process personal data of the User provided in the contact form also for the following purposes:
to conclude and perform a contract, if any, between the User and the Controller, and provide services to the User as the Controller's customer pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR;
to carry out financial settlements with the User being the Controller's customer for the purpose of performing a contract, if any, concluded between the parties, as well as pursuing claims, if any, from the User being a customer as part of the Controller's legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, and to fulfill Controller's legal obligations towards tax authorities on the basis of separate provisions pursuant to Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR;
to carry out Controller's marketing activities as part of the Controller's legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, as well as according to declarations of intent regarding marketing communication submitted to the Controller. Consents granted in the field of marketing communication (e.g. for sending commercial information by electronic means or being contacted by telephone for direct marketing purposes) may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of such consent before its withdrawal;
to fulfill Controller's legal obligations towards the User specified in the GDPR, as defined in Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR.
SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data of the User are not shared by the Controller with third parties.
At every stage of his/her data processing, the User has a number of rights allowing him/her to access the data, verify the correctness of their processing, correct then, as well as has the right to object to their processing, may request deletion of data, restriction of processing, or transferring of data.
The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
The user whose personal data are processed by the Controller has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority competent in matters of personal data protection (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
The Controller informs that short text information called “cookies” is saved on the User's end device when using the Website. Cookies contain such IT data as: the User's IP address, the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the User's end device, saving parameters and statistics, and a unique number. Cookies are directed to the Website server via a web browser installed on the User's end device.
